What types of meals does School Eatery offer?
Our menu options include a wide variety of cuisines and cater to special dietary needs such as, dairy free, vegetarian and gluten-free. At School Eatery, we believe in providing delicious school meals that kids love and trust. We do not recommend that customers with severe or life-threatening allergies participate in our program. This is because the health and well-being of your child is our top priority.
How can I place an order for my child’s lunch?
1) Select the child from the “Select Child” drop-down option.
2) Select the menu under “Select Menu” drop-down option.
3) The menu will be in a calendar format and you can click the “+” sign next to the item you want to order.
4) Once done with your selections you can click “Continue” button on the top right corner to pay for your order.
5) Choose the Payment Method and click “Proceed”.

Where can my child collect their lunch at school?
There will be a specific spot for hot lunches where your child can retrieve their meal from the hot lunch distribution line.Your child will approach hot lunch distribution line, provide their first and last name along with what grade they are in and their hot lunch will handed to them. If your student eats lunch in their classroom, their teacher our assigned staff member will bring their hot lunch to the classroom.
This area is typically situated near the school’s cafeteria.
What payment methods does School Eatery accept?
School Eatery accepts payment by Credit Card, or Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).
Be sure to proceed to checkout and process your payment. Orders that are left in the shopping cart will NOT be processed and your student(s) will not be included in the lunch service.
Card Payments: After entering your card information, do not close your browser prior to receiving the confirmation display or your order may be interrupted and not fully processed. If a confirmation page is not displayed, do not attempt to enter payment again, as this may result in duplicate charges.
What should I do if I encounter technical issues while ordering online?
If you experience any difficulties placing an order, don’t worry! Simply reach out to our technical support team at [email protected] for assistance or click “We Are Here” at the bottom right corner of the page to chat with a live agent.
Is there a process for handling absences or sick days?
If your student will be absent on a day he/she is to receive a meal, we must be notified before 5:00 PM the day before the delivery date in order to be able to issue a meal credit to you. If we are notified after 5:00 PM the day before, the meal order will be processed as usual and sent for fulfillment. At this point, we can not refund the order, unfortunately; however, you can pick up your student’s lunch at the front office of the school.

Can I cancel an order if needed?
To cancel an order, please choose Orders and My Orders and select the date of the particular order you would like to cancel and choose the trash can.
On the APP, please slide to the left in order to delete. If you need assistance please email [email protected] by 5:00 PM the day before as all orders are final.
What happens if a payment is past due?
After 30 days of non-payment, any unpaid charges will be billed directly to the credit card on file. After 30 days a 5% late fee will be assessed on any unpaid balance.

What are order cutoff times?
Please be sure to place your order before 5:00 PM the day before the date of lunch service. Orders can be placed for the next day, the entire week, or even up to two (2) months in advance. Leaving unpaid orders in your shopping cart will trigger an email reminding you to complete the checkout process. Any unpaid orders left in your shopping cart will NOT be fulfilled.
How do I pay with a check?

- The name of your student school.
- The check number.
