We at School Eatery are thrilled to have your school participating in our lunch program. Our mission is to provide students with a wide range of meal choices that are of the highest quality, prepared fresh daily, and most importantly, delicious. We understand the importance of providing nutritious food to your child while at school. That’s why we consistently add new and exciting menu items throughout the year. 

Our online ordering platform is user-friendly, making it easier for busy families to select hot and cold lunch options for their students. Our menu options include a variety of cuisines and cater to special dietary needs like vegetarian, and gluten-free. At School Eatery, we believe in bringing back delicious school meals that kids love and trust.

We do not recommend that customers with severe or life-threatening allergies participate in our program. This is because the health and well-being of your child is our top priority.

ORDERING SCHEDULE

To ensure timely delivery, kindly make your orders by your school’s menu cut-off time. We understand that parents have busy schedules, and as such, our system enables you to place orders for school lunch delivery up to 60 days in advance. We recommend that you order lunches for several months at once to make planning easier and ensure your child’s dietary requirements are met. This way, you can rest assured that you have made the best choices for your child’s nutrition.

FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS

Where can my child get their lunch at school? Usually, there is a specific spot for hot lunches where your child can retrieve their
meal. This area is typically situated close to the school’s cafeteria.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

School Eatery accepts payment by Credit Card, Check, or Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).

Be sure to proceed to checkout and process your payment. Orders that are left in the shopping cart will NOT be processed and your student(s) will not be included in the lunch service.

Card Payments: After entering your card information, do not close your browser prior to receiving the confirmation display or your order may be interrupted and not fully processed. If a confirmation page is not displayed, do not attempt to enter payment again, as this may result in duplicate charges.

Checks: Please email [email protected] to advise of the amount of your check, the check number, and your student’s name. We will immediately credit your account. Checks are made payable to: SCHOOL EATERY and mailed to 3501 E. MEADOWVIEW DRIVE, GILBERT, AZ 85298.

Ordering for more than 1 person? Please be sure to add all items for your student(s) into the shopping cart BEFORE checking out.

Past Due Payments: After 30 days of non-payment, any unpaid charges will be billed directly to the credit card on file. After 30 days a 5% late fee will be assessed on any unpaid balance.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

CREDIT FOR SICK DAYS/ABSENCE

If your student will be absent on a day they have a hot lunch order, School Eatery must be notified before 5:00 PM the day before the delivery date to be able to issue a meal credit to you. If we are notified after 5:00 PM the day before, the meal order will be processed as usual, and sent for fulfillment. After 5:00 PM, we can not refund the order; however, you are more than welcome to pick up the meal at school.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please choose Orders and My Orders and select the date of the particular order you would like to cancel and choose the trash can.
On the APP, please slide to the left in order to delete. If you need assistance please email [email protected] by 5pm the day before as all orders are final.
